Registration fees

The completed Workshop Registration Form should be sent to be received by the Organizing Committee before or on November 18th, 2007. Applications received after this date will be accepted with regular registration rate.

Early Registration Rate (before or on November 18th, 2007): 160 €

Regular Registration Rate (after November 18th, 2007): 200 €

Students Rate* (Limited tickets): 75 €

3rd, 4th, etc. person from the same institute or company: 100 €

* Young students should be born in 1977 or later. A copy of passport or drivers' license is necessary. Also, young students must be full time students and send us a copy of their registration at the University.

 

Workshop fees for participants includes

  • Attendance to the Workshop EuroCow 2006.
  • Technical programme.
  • Proceedings on CD-ROM and a printed copy of the abstracts.
  • Refreshments during breaks and workshop dinner.


Payment conditions

The registration fee must be paid by bank transfer before the beginning of the Workshop. Payment should accompany registration form and must be made in Euro (€).

Confirmation of Registration

The Organizing Committee will send a confirmation of the registration in the Workshop, once we have received the due payment.

 


Cancellation of Registration

Cancellations of registration must be notified in writing to the Organizing Committee. If a cancellation request is received before January 22, 2008, a cancellation request fee of 50 Euro will be deducted from any refund made.

No refunds will be made if the cancellation request is received after that date. In this case, the cancelling participant will receive, after the workshop, all the material given to the participants.
